ஓர் அழகான மாலை

கார் நீல வானில்
கோடி விண்மீன்களோடு
தேய்பிறை நிலவு.

மாலைத் தென்றலில்
இலையுதிர்ந்த மரங்கள்
மெல்ல அசைந்தாடின.

சென்ற வாரப் பனிப்பொழிவு
பூமியெங்கும்
இலவம்பஞ்சு கம்பளமாக.

வெருச்சோடிய சாலைகளின்
மௌன ராகம்
தனிமைக்கு துணையாக.

வண்ணங்கள் குறைந்தாலும்
எண்ணங்கள் பொங்கி எழுகிறது
இந்த அழகான குளிர்கால மாலையில்.
